Quorum's "As Seen on TV" Christmas Party

Every year Quorum hosts an annual Christmas party for its employees and their spouses (one spouse per employee, please!). This year Quorum’s Christmas party theme was “As Seen on TV”. Each couple was asked to bring a wrapped “As Seen on TV” gift. The gift exchange was done where all gifts were placed under the tree and each couple drew numbers to see who would open the first gift. Then the couple who drew #2 could either steal the gift or open a new one and so on. A gift could only be stolen three times before it was frozen and out of circulation! The trick was that as each gift was opened or stolen, a quick commercial was to be given by the couple.

Some of the gifts included the Perfect Meatloaf and Perfect Brownie pans, an Aluma Wallet, Eggies, an Easy Feet scrubber (or two), and a Justin Bieber singing toothbrush (not sure that’s an ASOTV item but it was a big hit with the couple who has teenage boys...can you say ‘revenge’?). Everyone was a little apprehensive about having to do the commercials, but after the first few gifts were opened the commercials started flowing. Especially when the Shake Weight for Men and the Mr. Steamy were opened! You can just imagine the laughter!
